New Welcome Window
Basically, this window only changes its icons. You may start a new credit repair project as a user or resume a previously created one.
1. To enter a new user to the sistem, click on the New User icon
2. To open a previously created user profile, you may click on the My Users icon.
New Toolbar Icons
You will find new shortcut icons to the most common functions in Credit Healer Home Edition. A new shortcut to the most relevant legal documentation has been included in version 2.0. You will be able to read the statutory official acts by clicking on this icon.

New "Users List" Look & Features.
This window offers a more detailed information about every user's process.
1. Displays the start date of the user's process.
2. It generates colored alerts when 30 to 45 days have passed since the last correspondence was generated in the system. It also shows that no activity has been performed at all by the user. It updates automatically when new correspondence is generated.
New Overview Window
This windows displays a visual enhancement. It stills features the same funtions of previous versions.
New "Follow-Up" Letter Tab
In order to ease the follow-up process with the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRA's), you may generate follow-up letters from this tab. These letters are intended to alert the CRA's that no response has been received regarding to a previous request of investigation within the legally allowed processing times.
