ENTERING A NEW CLIENT TO THE SYSTEM

At this point, you should have already set up your preferences in the window My Company.
The purpose now will be to enter a new client in the system.

Find the Add New Client icon located in:

1- the start window that appears when opening the program.
2- the tools bar that is always visible in the main window of Credit Healer.

Click on it.


TAB CLIENT DETAILS

Now you must enter the personal information of your new client in order to create a new credit repair profile.
Enter all the information asked by the system.
Ahead, you will see that the data entered at this point will be used by Credit Healer in all the contracts forms and documents included in the Starting Kit and in all the correspondence to be sent to the credit bureaus.

Verify this information very carefully.

Click on SAVE CHANGES & CLOSE button


TAB OVERVIEW

This tab contains very important information. Here you will be able to consult the progress of the process for each client and see the statistical analyses of all the total and independent accounts that have been reported in your client's credit profile. The progress bar will indicate an updateable average whenever you make a change in the number of your client's pending accounts.

You will also be able to update the personal information of your client at any time from the Update Client's Information button.


TAB PAPERWORK

In this tab you will find the icons to print the Starting Kit and to generate an Invoice.
The Starting Kit contains all the corporative documents that your client must fill and sign before starting the credit repair.

This Kit consists of:
- Services & Agreements Contract.
- Power of Attorney.
- CheckList
- Reminder

It is strongly suggested that you always print 2 copies of the Starting Kit. One for you and one for your client.

In the Checklist menu, save record of the documents that your client has given back signed, clicking on the field that corresponds to each document.

With the icons in this window you can:

1- Print your client's Starting Kit documents filled with all the information and ready to be signed.

2- Print the your client's invoice for collection of services fees. This will include the payment details entered in the Payments window


FOLLOWING UP YOUR CLIENT'S FICO SCORE

In the same Tab Paperwork you will also find the fields designated to follow up your client's FICO SCORE. If you have access to this information you may save it on these fields so you are able to compare as it increases during your client's credit repair process.
Remember that your client will always be able to purchase his/her FICO SCORE through the website www.myfico.com.

The system will allow you to save this scores:

Initial: As you start the credit repair process.

Middle: When around 50% of success is achieved. (See progress var at Overview Window)

Final: At the end of the process.
